Well, actually I did do just one a week or two ago, but it had to be thrown away! The girl looks great. I think you're right...she needs something to the right. Maybe a quote? or a bird to sit on her shoulder? Just throwing out ideas! Lovely roses!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00231453420718519162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-514699531408935998.post-86535518577843472312010-06-24T17:27:08.541-04:002010-06-24T17:27:08.541-04:00I don't think I can help you much with ideas o...I don't think I can help you much with ideas on the mixed-media piece. It does look to me like the birds and their bushes are the foreground so your land and barn and all should look as if they are farther away beyond the birds.

I like your lady. I haven't even watched the video on the color yet as my daughter came to visit with her kids. She wanted me to alter her son's mouth in my sketch a bit more and I have to admit it looks more like him. Now the question for me is how to not lose his likeness as I cover the sketch in paint!

I don't mind seeing your roses. I just went out at 99 degrees to put some water on my lone rose bush to find it covered for the second time this year in roses. I have fertilized it more than before so that must be making the difference. My roses are red so I enjoy seeing your yellow ones.Timareehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15769047120660859743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-514699531408935998.post-42892083469771162982010-06-24T14:54:52.964-04:002010-06-24T14:54:52.964-04:00Very lovely post, and the drawing does portray the...Very lovely post, and the drawing does portray the weather for today here too in Louisiana ^^ nice renderingAlexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02621662753557056346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-514699531408935998.post-14263313464339603212010-06-24T13:29:14.876-04:002010-06-24T13:29:14.876-04:00You are doing a photo a day? I had a dear friend who was doing a photo a day of herself in order to do a morphing project.
