A Stowaway and Blind Contour Friday

I found a stowaway in one of my bags when I got here. It was my special bear. I was so happy to see her and now I can continue my Blind Contour Friday tradition.

It is 44º and is expected to stay about that temperature all day. It is gray again. I came here to escape the "Michigan Gray" that is prevalent in the winter. I haven't seen the sun since I've been here and I am getting impatient.

I do have wonderful digs for this month with a spectacular view and I must say the ocean is beautiful even when it is gray. I could stand an additional 10º or so though so I could walk the beach in my bare feet and maybe sit somewhere outside and sketch.

I don't know what we are going to do for amusement today, but even if I only sit around reading and working hard crossword puzzles it will still feel like vacation. I shouldn't complain considering how cold and snowy it is back home.

I can't wait to see the other Blind Contours today and am really appreciating the art I am viewing online.
xoxo

  1. Hi Vicki, Wonderful to see your stowaway! She is a good model, sitting so lovingly and patiently. It's neat that you're drawing while on vacation! Thanks.
