A Little Art

We had a lovely vacation in the Leelanau Peninsula, but I left my camera in my daughter's car so do not have photos yet. I will be going to her house after my conditioning class and will retrieve it then. The weather was very cooperative, the food was good and easy, and the girls played lots of games and did a large puzzle together. We even had a visit from my sister-in-law and her son - a very good visit, indeed.

We got home around 4 pm on Friday and Zoƫ arrived at 4:30. We had her until yesterday afternoon, so needless to say I didn't get much time for art. I did get a new 2 page spread in my altered journal, though.

And last evening, I did a quick pen sketch of a scene from Google maps of Robin Hoods Bay. I found this area through someone's blog, but am unable to remember whose.

I am going to my conditioning class this morning (it's been several weeks since I've been there) and then I need to call someone about donating the living room furniture that was replaced. I also have to go to my daughter's house to pick up my camera, my cupboards are bare, I need to call the Red Cross to begin a schedule of giving blood again, and I really must get to the library. Just another typical day here in la la land.

What are you up to today? Will you have time for creativity? If so, please do share.

xoxo

  1. Lovely post and creative work ~ Today ~ I am working on 'simplifying my life' and that means some 'weeding out' in the house, creating some simple paintings and journal pages and 'being' more and doing less eventually ~ (A Creative Harbor)
