Blind Contour Friday

I almost forgot. It is a good thing Diahn remembers to post so that when I go to read the blogs to which I subscribe, I am reminded.

Here it is, for whatever it is worth:

Oh, my dear, I am so sorry. I've made you look like a pig (your nose anyway). And your facial features are on your chest! I will try more carefully next time.

Here she is in all her glory - she is a favorite of mine. She was given to me by a special young woman who I had the pleasure to mentor during her first year of teaching high school mathematics.

Isn't she precious? When I got her I put her up on a shelf in my art room and intended to keep her like new forever. However, my little girls don't quite understand. They know she is Nana's special bear, but they promise to be "very gentle" and they mostly are, but she is getting a bit mussed anyway. I think she doesn't mind. She probably loves all the hugs and kisses she gets from my little sweeties.

See you tomorrow,

Vicki

  3. Love the bear, Vicki... and thanks for visiting over at the Mother Henna blog for AEDM. The patterns and digital work you are doing is FABU! Since my computer when caput last Spring and lost over 400 of my artworks, I've been hesitant to jump back into digital -- go all obsessed with physical stuff -- but you are making me want to go back into PS and play with borders!!! :)
